  • Travel documentation, Flying &Accommodation details: Travel documentation includes but not limited to Passport details, visa details, frequent flyer details/ loyalty program, Hotel name & address etc.

  • Device, Login, and browser information: TravelPort also collects information about your device or computer such as IP address, browser, time zone, internet service providers, network, operating system, logins, user IDs, employee IDs, passwords, IP addresses and browsing information.

4. How do we collect your Personal Information?

  • directly from you when you deal with us in person, by telephone, email etc. or when you visit our website and register yourself or when you connect with us via social media; or

  • from third parties and integrated partners, if you give permission to those third parties to share your information with us or where you have made that information publicly available online.

TravelPort collects and uses your Personal Information for specified, exppcit and legitimate purposes as mentioned in this Privacy policy. We collect your Personal Information to:

10. Retaining and Deleting your Personal Information

If you hold an account with TravelPort, we do not delete the information in your account on our own discretion. You are responsible for and control the time periods for which you wish to retain this information. There are controls in your account where you can delete all of the Personal Information in your account.

You can delete your Personal Information by:

  • sending your request at info@travelport.in; or

  • Logging into your account and deleting your information

Even if you do not hold an account with TravelPort, you can delete your Personal Information by sending your request at info@Travelport.in.

Please note that your Personal Information shall not be retained for longer with us. However, we may retain your information for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.

11. Personal Information Security

All the Personal Information transmitted and stored in our server is fully protected and encrypted.

Whenever we collect sensitive information such as payment account information, we make sure that such information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by:

14. For children below 16 years of age

We do not permit children below 16 years to access our website and use our Services through website. However, parents of children below 16 years can use our Services on behalf of their children. E.g. Children below 16 years are not permitted to book any tour, however, their parent can book their tour on their behalf.

You must maintain confidentiality, and not disclose to any other person, any information and content that you access or learn in connection with your access to such Services. You are prohibited from sharing with any third party, photographic or other imagery, information, or any other content from any and all activities within or from this Site.
